Echo Systems Landscape seeks to glorify our Creator God by bringing beauty to the Mid-South landscape. At our core is integrity and old-fashioned hard work. It is our pleasure to provide the highest quality service to our customers and treat our employees like family.
Noah Guess
Owner
Noah is our owner and visionary. His landscape journey began with his first business venture: mowing lawns before he was old enough to drive. He has climbed every rung on the industry ladder, from crew member to branch manager for several companies in the Memphis area. Noah has a reputation for hard work, honesty, and reliability. In 2021, he purchased Echo Systems, realizing his dream. His leadership has strengthened Echo System’s core and led to sustained growth. In his spare time, he enjoys pursuing fitness goals, real estate investment, traveling, and family time.
Kim Guess
Co-Owner
Kim serves alongside Noah with an eye for quality, fiscal responsibility, and shared commitment to honest, quality work. At Echo Systems she is available where needed, whether in the office with the books, taking inventory or supplies, attending meetings, or planning events. Out of the office, she enjoys church, family time, gardening, part-time registered nursing, and remodeling projects.
Jose Lopez
Operations Manager
Jose wears many hats as the leader of the Echo Systems field operations. He brings over 20 years in the landscape industry to his role at Echo Systems. Jose is passionate to see every job done right and efficiently. Through his focus on preparation blended with diligence, Jose sets a high standard of success in maintenance and landscape enhancement projects. When not working, Jose enjoys hunting and time spent with friends and family.
Isaac Guess
Controller
Isaac came on board in 2024 to oversee internal processes and development. He brings 20 years of project and personnel management experience. Isaac, a native Memphian, also serves away from Echo Systems in pastoral ministry.
Karen Crouch
VP – Finance & HR
Karen is an integral member of the Echo Systems team. Her many years of office and financial management experience coupled with her intimate knowledge of Echo System’s core business make Karen’s office the first stop for employees and customers alike. Karen is a native Memphian and Redbirds fan. In her spare time, she volunteers and mentors for Memphis Crisis Center and travels.
Jeff Edlestein
Account Manager
Jeff has been with Echo since 1995. In these years, Jeff’s flowers have come to be recognized as some of the best in the business. Jeff’s responsiveness, experience, and love of landscape mean his customers are in great hands. In his spare time Jeff enjoys fishing, nature, and family time.
Carson Guess
Account Manager
Carson began his landscape journey as a high school summer employee working for Echo Systems. Over those hot summers, he devoted himself to the work and chose landscaping for his career. He has spent his time learning from the best and is eager to please his customers. In addition to landscaping, Carson spends time fishing and boating with his family.
